Commission is calculated on what Gratelle receives from each subscription, after the app store or payment processor fee. We review your tier at the end of each month: once you reach 11 active referrals, all of them move to 20%. If you drop to 10 or fewer, you go back to 10% the following month.

FAQ
How much do I earn as a partner?
10% of what Gratelle receives from each of your referrals' subscriptions, or 20% once you have 11 or more active referrals. With a $9.99 monthly subscription and a 15% marketplace fee, that's about $0.85 or $1.70 per referral per month.
What is the commission calculated on?
On the revenue Gratelle receives after the app store or payment processor fee, not on the full price.
What happens when I reach 11 active referrals?
At the end of that month you move to 20%, and it applies to all your active referrals, not just the new ones. If you go back to 10 or fewer, you return to 10% the following month.
What counts as an active referral?
Someone who subscribed with your link or code, has finished their free trial and has a paid subscription at month end.
How long do I earn commission?
For as long as your referral keeps an active subscription.
What if my referral pays for the annual plan?
The commission is spread over 12 months: each month you get your percentage of one twelfth of what Gratelle received for that year, as long as the subscription stays active. During that year it counts as one active referral.
Do my clients pay less with my code?
No. They pay the same price as any user and get the same 14-day free trial. Your code tells us they came through you.
When do I start getting paid?
When the client's free trial ends and their payment is collected. Each month is paid one month later, after the refund period, once you reach $100.00.
Can I see what my clients write?
No. With the client's permission you can see their activity, such as whether they're doing their check-ins, but never the content of their reflections.
I'm a therapist or psychologist. Can I join?
Yes. Gratelle can complement your clients' work with you; it doesn't replace it. If your code of ethics doesn't allow you to receive commissions for recommending products, you can join without one.
How does it work for schools and organizations?
We design an agreement around your program or team. Apply and we'll contact you.
What currency is used?
US dollars (US$), for both subscriptions and your commissions.
What do I need to receive payouts?
Register your tax information before your first payout: Form W-9 if you're in the US or W-8BEN if you're outside the US.
